I'll buy the active and wait to use it for events. I'll get the same amount of extra SP (save a 100,000) for a fraction of the cost of the passive. |

Why I am not buying it.
1. Money toward new PS4
2. I can go to a strip joint and make it rain
3. Help put single moms thru college at said strip joint
4. I need it to help pay for my tax's cough Obozo care cough taxes
5. Some guy said if I send him the money he will send me back twice the amount(sounds legit) |

Bought them because I had Aurum left. And I want my SP fast. Because if I don't get them fast I will once again dump them in some kind of equipment I barely use. I just skilled into Sniper Rifles (only 1 point though) just so I can make a fitting for when we get red lined. But all I want is that Minnie proto Logi suit, engineering and electronics on level 5 as well as some equipment and the profile stuff on level 5. But I just can't wait. |

Only 2 Eve subs? Some people run 6 or 7 characters. You can't even get into a wormhole without having 2 active accounts. |

I'd consider buying the active omega booster & saving it for a multiple SP event, or for a week when I had a lot of time to make the most of it.
Apart from that, the regulars are much better value for your money. |

<- 4 Eve subs, i still got 2 omega boosters from the previous omega booster sale, after that still got 4 regular and 2 actives, by that time ill be at 25-27m sp, so i dont think i need any more boosters, just gonna start banking SP for when they bring out new toys, my fit is pretty much maxed out. |

I like your humor, but that aside, I definitely agree with your first point. The money I can use for this game could instead be used to buy a PS4 that has a tangible existence, and much more of a long term gain. |

When it comes to the serious business, the day the Dust 514 becomes commercial and the critics are happy with the progress. You think CCP is going to give a **** about how much money you spent in boosters ?
They will sacrifice 3000 players without a second thought if it means having 20,000. |

All seems like perfectly valid reasons to me. I was hoping they would come out with a new Elite pack by November and they may be changing next week. Time to burn off all that Aurum on Omega Boosters. |

Spot on. +1
Cost effective and fun game. It's approaching the "hobby" category as far how much time or money I invest. I like th Omegas since the can give me options and play style flexibility much faster. I have a serious career and family so a bit of added boost to my limited gaming is a nice way to get a bit more fun or variety. Essentially, Dust is the only major game i play on the PS3, met of my other gaming is iPad based. |

I already have a passive omega ticking and I'm sticking an active on over the weekend, so I get two weeks of double active SP, plus double on the October event (extra SP for first three wins per day). |

Lol, I support CCP Enough just by living in the same state as their U.S. office. I'm sure my money gets around to them in some way.
I periodically drink at a couple of bars right down the street from their offices. At least I'm supporting them in spirit ( and spirits). |

already spent about 60 quid on the game (about 90-100 dollars). i am sure I will buy more boosters sometime but there comes a point where you start to think .....hang on I have spent more on a incomplete game than complete polished games cost.
to run both boosters costs 56k aur which I believe is -ú24 per month or 38 dollars over here. the omega boosters are even more so not going to contemplate it.
IMO you should be able to have a monthly sub for -ú15 - with a 3 month sub CCP will still rake in more than a complete game but at least it would cut the current crazy cost which is about -ú72 pounds off the top of my head if you buy the aura in batches of 40k as I do. |

You know... that's a good idea. Why not provide an auto-booster program that kicks in at $10 a month or somethin?. I mean, its free to play, let folks avoid the hassle of purchasing all the time and simply subscribe. No penalty to those that don't subscribe (or that don't buy boosters). |

CCP made noises about that once if I recall correctly.
While I like my SP as much as the next guy, I'm content to run standard boosters. DUST will take a year or more before it becomes the game it promised to be and I'll have 50m SP by then as I'm going. |
