It's Amarr And what are you talking about? Amarr dropsuits have the highest potential eHP. Also Wolfman was clearly joking around, he's known to favor the Amarr. Obviously, as much as he wants to, he's not going to make the Amarr tank the obvious best choice. No need to read deep into this, just have fun!
