1. Send in a ticket. The forums aren't a good place to get your issues dealt with 2. Send a ticket to UrgentFury 3. Put in some more effort into it and you might actually get some where |

Also it's been brought to my attention AE had a player register and play a day after sign-ups were closed. Tickets have been submitted but no action has been taken by CCP despite WTF being DQ'd for the exact same thing. Question: How many times did AE players use this glitch in the tournament. |

Seriously how many time did AE use this glitch in the tournament. Once, twice, every game? I've only seen one example of the glitch being used which is no way a reason to disqualify a whole corp simply because one person used a glitch (I HIGHLY doubt one person won the match anyways). If anything is going to happen it should be a re match without the glitcher fighting.
God this thread is filled to the brim with fail and biased arguments from both sides. This is just fking ridiculous (Especially since this tournament was the most poorly organized fail of a tournament I've ever seen)
Really I highly doubt CCP will do anything about this simply because this was technically not against the rules of the tournament. |

OT: 90% of the playerbase don't know anything about this topic, 9% love Ari for making King Crybaby cry and the 1% are EoN. Why thank you. I hope you have a wonderful day (or night) good sir. |

Really I highly doubt CCP will do anything about this simply because this was technically not against the rules of the tournament. If it were to be ruled cheating to use the melee glitch then the team with the cheater should be disqualified. They knew that the person was going to use the glitch considering they have been in PC matches for a while now. They accepted it and allowed them to participate. At that point they accept responsibilities for the teammate's actions. It's that simple. Prove that they knowingly allowed someone to glitch to win a match. All I've read is baseless arguments with little to no proof. |

All I've read is baseless arguments with little to no proof. It doesn't even matter if they knew. I don't need to prove the highly likely case that a corp as organized as AE knows the tactics of their teammates or how unlikely it is that no one noticed the melee in the kill feed the whole time. My argument hinges on the fact that the corp is responsible for who it chooses to represent it. If they choose poorly then that is their fault and their problem if their chosen players "cheat". It's actually a really simple argument. So you're saying that CCP should punish an entire corp for one players actions in a single match (As far as I know at least). Yeeeeeaaaa, no. That is a very horrible idea.
Like I said they should just do a rematch without the glitcher(s) being in it. |
