Mouse/keyboard users are the core of this game right now, and I have no beef with them. Without them there is no metagame. What I am saying is that for Dust 514 to grow, ps3 console owners who download this free game must continue playing instead of quitting. They get moused by a few AR shots and never play again. We can correct this; we can use ps3 controllers instead of mice outside of planetary conquest. It is in our interest to see Dust expand, correct?? Do what thou wilt. Break out the dualshock when you are not in a planetary conquest if you like and give the console players a reason to keep playing. Or use "steriods" and win. Follow your soul. As a side note, the microcasm of Dust 514 is fascinating. It's like Easter Island, or modern global culture today. I believe that because we have mostly lost any sense of "larger goals" and focus on selfish gain that modern society will continue to collapse. Oh well. "Do what thou wilt".
