window is still 25 if targets aren't damaged.
This brings up the question... does the target(s) have to be damaged by a squad member in order to get the extra 10 second window of opportunity?

Most scouts don't really care to be able to beat an AR in a head on fight. We just want to be more "Scouty". Besides, I get to make wayyyyyyy more WPs than ever before! So I'm beyond happy right about now .

Those scouts are either shotgunners or light assaults.
I find more joy in sabotage TBH.
