Lava, would be great for trolling bluedots. 1 BPO LAV (why do we still have 3 BPO saga's and no BPO methana's by the way.) get a blueberry to jump in drive towards lava and bail out at last second. |

my vote is for oceanic planets next. I love the idea of a bunch of 'frostfire' type levels.

Massive Urban spires with crackling beams of lightning arcing from massive earthing rods, while the shield bubble above us is the only thing keeping the raging storm from destroying the entire urban complex. An oppressive pall can be felt, the battlefield is dark, flickering lights could also be massive useful for immersion purposes.
Or
Thick screening blizzards and battles across glaciers and winter tundra. Visibility is low, scans are important, while the cold chips away at players not using Heater Modules or Winterized Dropsuits. Below ground complexes add to the theme, with players able to brave the poor visibility and generally confusing upper terrain, or making their way through sprawling underground hangars and ice tunnels.
Oceanic I would love, but I can't quite conjure up the battlefield in my mind. |

I think barren and ice, like others already said they are easy to make.
But the one i would like to se most is oceanic, and i hope that when it comes we also get some naval war machines.

Temperate- Average Amount of Planetary Infrastructure Barren- Little to no Infrastructure Ice- Sub Terrainian Infrastructure Storm- Urban densely packed Infrastructure Shattered- None, lack of reasonable terrain makes drop ships a necessity Lava- Moderate. Verticality of Terrain variable. |

I'm going to say barren, because that would greatly increase the number of districts available for us to fight on and wouldn't take much development time. They'd probably be new moods for the terrains that we have now.
After those though I think ice worlds would be the place to go. Ocean planets require work into figuring out how water comes in to gameplay. Can we swim? Do we just fight on stationary platforms, or are there boats? How do you visually define the boundary of the map when everything is water? Plasma and lava have significant art requirements in addition to gameplay mechanic changes. Storm as well, most likely. Gas giants are right out. After barren, ice is the only one that really only needs new art. |

That way water is only an illusion. |
