The meta game? Hmm. My first thought wouldn't be PVE but around here metagame could be anything. |

"Disruption" equals things like AWOX, corp theft, selling intel to the enemy, etc. Things that would "disurpt" a corp's operations either in match or out of match. |

Don't waste your time speculating the coming of PVE (any time before 2016), you are going to leave yourself disappointed and depressed; Dont believe me? Ask the vets who have been here longer than I have. They have been promised a lot more than PVE, and get almost nothing in return. |

Not me, Im perfectly fine blasting people. Different game modes to blast people would be nice, though, and beat pve for me. I just hope that the disruption gameplay has somethimg to do with that, like being able to sabotage a PC district or something. |

Taken out of context it can mean anything. If I say I like cheese, out of context, you are missing the part where I only like cheese on the hamburger.
In context, disruption by a player joining a squad joining a match would be someone who is disrupting that squads advitivies in the match - public, FW, or PC. |

In context, disruption by a player joining a squad joining a match would be someone who is disrupting that squads advitivies in the match - public, FW, or PC. If there's space and the squad isn't locked, you can already join someones squad. How can you then "disrupt" them and how does that come into anything meta?
To me it seems you can only disrupt others if they're doing something that doesn't already involve you. With all current game modes everyone is engaged with the enemy team in one way or another - there's nothing to do to disrupt that isn't already the main point of the game.
Thus, the only conclusion must be that disruption play implies new game modes that offer activities to be "disrupted". |

Seen my fair share of faded hopes and distant teases disappear. But then it's been a long time since it's been mentioned, so maybe they've been quietly and secretly working away on it in the background...

Today, you can only join a squad once the match starts. After 1.5, however, you can find squads to join before the match starts.
Let's say Dust2Dust is having a PC battle, but there are only a few people online from the corp or from Top Men. To defend your district, you decide to advertise a public squad because you are desparate (again this is just a hypothetical). Well, what if I saw this from the other side - I jump on an alt and join your squad. I then proceed to kill you.
Disruption.
This is just the quick and obvious example of how to use this to disrupt, but there are others too I'm sure, for the creative merc.
Also, I think you are reading too much into what he says. |

All possible true but with the tiny limitations on what can be done currently, adding disruptive mechanics to corp operations without adding more game modes to facilitate meaningful corp operations would be pointless. |

Sounds more like awoxing, especially with the new TCO roles. A TCO invites his squad into a PC battle against his real corp, they turn on the blues, to make reds job easier! |

So there's really not going to be a difference since those that play in squads usually are in one and solo players play solo. Unless squads could combine together |

I don't understand. This implies a TCO role was given to an untrustworthy player. I really don't think this is the kind of thing that can be classed as disruptive play and would hardly be something new that TTG would list as something they're working on. |

Im thinking more along the lines of like a proper MMO with pick up groups for raiding. Like jumping into someones district to disrupt their clone supply or attacking a group who are mining for resources. Everything you guys have mentioned has already been done before and if that really is all this tease of info amounts to, that'll be really disappointing. |

And i do understand how the whole infiltrate and sabotage stuff works, don't get me wrong. I just don't think that's what this is all about because it's already here, so why would Nullabor be listing it as something they're working on for the future? |
