Seen it before, did it once myself. They post the lock message before they lock the thread so if your request is timed in the gap between the post and the locking, wallah, you have posted in a locked thread. Also I just lost the game, your welcome. |

I've also found it's possible to still reply if you have the reply window open before the lock even after it's locked.
It's a little iffy, but it works some of the time. |
