Now in this case if you fit some speed mods on assault they would be faster and scouts would be useless.
My point is that heavies can equip heavy weapons but scouts are no different from assault.
Scout suits are not meant to compete at assaulting, neither are heavies, but everyone wants their scout or heavy to beat Assault Suits at what they are designed for, leanr to use your scout suit for diffrent stuff, like not being seen & flanking. |

Not be seen and flanking seem like a job both assault and scout could do.
Some people can pull it off in a Tank, others cant pull it off with an Invisibility Module....player skill matters allot here, i am more of the none sneaky type and just go for it, but yeah.
This doesnt mean that scouts dont need some loving, they do.
Suits would be better off if they added full slots to all the suits types and let the player fight it out with what to put on it, leave cpu & pg like it is, just give all the suits all their slots, like this if a lower tier suits sacrificed something, he could put on say better shields.

Neither are Logi's but i guess all those Fake logi's just need to hide behind there extra shields and armor just so they can get a kill 
Yeah dont get me started on Logi's, i specially bought Caldari Logi to 3, bought 1 suit with Aurum for equipment testing on it and it beats my Amarr suit at every statistic.
