There are plenty of other things a ds can be rewarded for! yes boosting, until a fly hits your windshield and the entire ship spins out of control into the nearest building and you die instantly because your hull has a second layer of dynamyte.
Or boosting as in instead of dropping a hive or using your dropship as a dropship as a dropship, you afk in a ds, while your mate spawns in suicides and repeats. Uplinks have limits to stop boosting and promote more tactics/logistics play.
But it is unfair to give an mcru a limit, like I said there are plenty of other things a dropship can be rewarded for over and above spawning! |

"encourages boosting", can't be any worse than the uplink spams we see atm. Logistics and mobile CRU dropships should get 25 WP per spawn, restriction X amount of spawns per minute. A logistics drop is to get people into the batle, they risk a good amount of ISK doing so. I've seen some Logistics dropships doing this job beyond well.
I didn't say not give them any 
Just not more than an uplink
Uplinks need changes anyway! |

It is planned eventually, but its on the backlog with a lot of other things until the core game is sorted! |

Guess we need to remove uplinks nanohives injectors assist kills and all vehicle passengers then right
I misunderstood the OP, I agree with him.
What I thought he wanted was for dropships to have more WP than the standard "Team Spawn +25". |
