War. New Eden is accustomed to it, evolved to it, and integrated it. War is synonymous with politics, economics, and environment. Everyone listens and everyone talks about the raffle of gunfire, the shrieks of projectiles, the shedding of blood, and the rebirth of heroes and villains. An endless cycle of spilling of both technology and the pulsing heat of life. Yet somewhere amongst the carnage of this world, lies a simpler life. A life where people come and go to their mundane lives, oblivious to the stench of war. And so, these sanctuaries harbor these people's souls, and in such a place lies "The Strip"
The Strip is a large trades market for civilians, pilots, mercenaries, and opportunists. Where one can make a living, relax, and experience this "simpler" life. It is a large structure that encompasses the equator of a planet. One can find many attractions, clubs, amusement parks, brothels, restaurants, shops, hotels, enlistments, and so many other opportunities. Among the bustling metropolis of the Strip, lies "Acra's Club", where you just happen to stumble upon. Why not go for a drink? Meet some people, enjoy the company of whoever you like, unwind from the world you knew and fall into another. Go ahead, the choice is yours.
You enter the club with a low keyed music encompassing wide open hallways. White lights move along the ceiling, floor, and walls, illuminating the passing faces of people giggling, kissing, and moving along as you walk by them. The smell of spices, exotic foods, hard liquors, aromatic perfumes and scents whisper and caress your lungs. Suddenly, the hallway cuts off into a catwalk, the booming noise of music fills your air as people dance to the sound, moving in waves and fluid movements. You walk down a flight of stairs and find yourself in the middle of the club. People congregate and chat amongst each other, dance and flow with the music, and drown themselves in stimulants and the like.
An interesting fellow studies you ((first person to legitimately rp that is)) quickly before looking away, noticing you out of the crowd of moving figures and smiling shadows. The being seems to be a mix of Caldari and Minmatar, with ever so slightly thin eyes and a perhaps shade darker skin tone, dressed in a long Caldari jacket, thin jeans and long tied black hair with several bangs in the front. Interesting enough, the subject of interest looks completely androgynous, having a thin body, muscular features, but feminine eyes. It takes a sip of its drink and props it down, moving it's finger along the rim of the glass.
Now the question is, what will you do? |

((.....yeeeaah...it's not like they take place at the same time, this is just another option people have. If they want to do something different in another club or if they want to try something else, they can. I guess now that I think about it is a bit dull....maybe if there were something different other than a club?.... firing range? I'm just saying stuff. But yeah, to finish off what I'm saying, it's just another club to give people more options. Everything doesn't need to happen at the same exact time frame, does it?)) |
