I'll start the thread like this, if you want to run a big corp this deal isn't for you however if you want to:
A. Have a collective group for you and your corpmates while being a part of something bigger B. Have less leading C. Take part in more battles with your players D. Deal with less risks
Then this deal is for you.
We are offering seats for corporations and their administration as Captains, Squad Leaders, and Squad members. What's the big woop about this deal? Well our battlefield division's organization allows for squad individualization with it's own internal structure.
I run Squad 0 aka Snake Eater. We're an Assault Squad that focuses on squading up with each other all of the time and of course taking an assault role in battles. I'm very lax on my rules and I don't care too much for tasks but I always discuss with players their future. We're very proud of our squad but we're also proud of the corporation we work under.
A corporation that comes in could build their squad around sniping, be very strict, have weekly tasks, and any other things they could make up for their unit. They are given initiative for PC battles, although certain squads might be wanted for certain battles. They could also sell their squads, which we promote on our website through user-interfaces, to other corporations as ringers and keep the ISK for themselves.

Why aren't we offering higher positions like Director roles?
Would you put a CEO you don't know that well as one of your directors? It's all about security risks and what not. If said CEO rises up the ranks, he/she can become one, as well as any other officer rank.
What other benefits come with merging?
When you merge you will become a part of the Foxhound Corporation identity and will also gain many friends as well as gain some of the identity that Foxhound Corporation has already built(which is a pretty positive one).

We understand that other corporations might want to keep their identity separate and this deal wouldn't sound good, but to those who feel like leading a corporation isn't their main goal but getting ISK or simply getting into competitive battles often, then this would be a good idea. We do have a corporation tax of 12 but it's bound to change when we gain more members or a district because it's used specifically for PC battles. |
