How ever I would like to know if there will be a way for CEO's and Directors to be abke to keep track of members and thier progress? W/P accumulation and such. Also activity in general? Thanks.

Socks...if you go into the social tabs you have an inactive / inert tab that says "last on" ...the implication is that you can see when a contact or corp members are online or was last on. Would actually be nice minor feature, particularly if you meet a good player in pub matches and add them to contacts you can easily find them again. For Corps, easy check on activity levels.
