Makin an alt char to be a hacker. Since the min logi has a hacking bonus I guess this is the suit to use but it only has a light weapon slot. What weapon (besides the AR) should I use?
Wanna spec into AV too, what dropsuit is best for that? |

I've seen the assault smg on a min logi used to great effect.
Get a proto racial logi.
Toss on 3 proto hackers,1 basic dampener, 4 complex shields, 1 advanced-proto assault smg, nadesand you're good to go.
You flank the objective avoiding detection from at least a basic scanner. Get in and kill anyone directly next to the hack point quickly with the smg, (it mows fools down like you wouldn't believe if you hit your shots) hack the objective in 3 seconds, then stave off anyone who comes near for as long as possible.
Maybe even toss on some uplinks to get your team spawning in behind as well. |

If ur going into that character im fully specced into minmitar so u have plenty of choices u can use massdriver with nanohives and scanner for suppressing, laser rifle ,scrambler etc. |

Thats my plan ill already have 75% hacking bonus with proto logi bonus n lvl 5 hacking bonus with a complex hacking module. Get to hacking points with lav, drop complex uplinks and then hack away.
But... im thinkin complex hacking, reactive n ferral scale armor n armor rep in low. 3x complex shield extender, side weapon dmg in high. Proto assault SMG and whatever I can fit in equip n grenade slots |

I come from playing SOCOM. Basically the massdriver is the noobtube n the SOCOM player in me just cant bring myself to use it. |

Mass driver, Prototype SMG (much much cheaper than a PRO AR), an AR, an assault scrambler rifle. These would all make good primaries.
Commando is best for best for AV since it can fit a swarm launcher, and an AR at once (or other anti-infantry), and has an equipment slot to carry nanohives. |

I wouldn't call it a noob tube since the weapon requires you to be in an ideal situation to get consistent kills, but I wouldn't recommend it for a logi hacker fitting. The breach might work for it, but you're better off with a shotgun since they've been getting slightly better. |
