CCP said last week that we have already passed the lock date for 1.5 content.
They also said we would see Dev blogs, reports and information this week about that content. Want to wave the,"omg, it's Monday" flag?

Hell yes it's Monday. CCP pays a TEAM of people to develop & Promote this game.
IWS, if you haven't noticed, that promotion part is not going as well as the development part. And development of Dustis not ccp's current strong suit.
So, enough with the 'wait', enough with the 'patience'...let's see some of that vaunted transparency. And less of the digital 'straight arm' defensiveness that so often is embedded in this CPM's response. |

Why? New weapons and vehicles got delayed. There's not gonna be much in the patch notes besides corp roles and war points. Which aren't that big of a deal. |

CCP's actually been pretty transparent and communication is getting really good. Devs on the forums every day. In the 1.5 update thread made <5 business days ago they let us know what was in the frickin' patch... they are still going through QA/QC and most likely don't even have patchnotes to GIVE us yet. I think the community's understanding of content lock is a big hazy. |

As someone else stated, don't read much directly into it.
Remember how like every patch has ninja changes? That is what I meant by patching the patch notes. Also the content still has to get tested, cuts can still happen this late in the QA testing.
Less vitrol, more stepping back and seeing the larger picture, please. |

Content Lock =/= code lock as you guys found out with the need to remove vehicle and weapons updates this patch to 1.6.
Also patch notes need patching is just a result of teams remembering all of a sudden a feature they did put into the build but didn't document it in the patch notes.
Agile development is a bit weird that way. |
