I'm sure we'd all love to see massive pools of players fighting in districts with all manner of vehicles, tracer rounds and explosions, etc...
Buuuut let's think about the practicality here for a second.
It's not necessarily this huge problem but it is sort of a nuisance when it comes to PC. You have three squads (or more, depending on your corp's playstyle) consisting of any combination of 16 players. Could be 5+5+6, could be 6+6+4 - whatever. Either way, at least one squad is getting gypped out of members and if you're running a four man squad you're often a support squad that sort of fluctuates in terms of general purpose/goal.
So, instead of having this massive jump in player counter - how's about raising it slightly?
18 v 18 would allow for 3 full squads of 6 per team, giving a fresh new element to how squads interact with one another strategically on the field.
You could still have that support squad while you're at it and I don't think anyone can really complain about having two primary squads with a third manning two Assault Dropships or Tanks for the support role =D

I like it if anything it could be just testing the waters for ccp, they definitely couldn't jump to 24v24 immediately at this point, but this could help ease our way there |

Personally, I'd like a variety of districts, from ultra-small 6-man ambush-style outposts upwards. |
