So I finally got tired of dying and decided to run around the damn thing and low and behold he came out of that freakin tank! Needless to say I killed the guy in one shot! Dude, props on the proto tank, but you just got killed cause you forgot to spec into some drop suits or weapons that could have saved you!

I only wear free suits in my tank or a suit with a repair tool. nothing fancy. never wear my proto suits in the tank, keep the cost down in case i blow up. oh and I always go down with the tank, don't ever jump out and fight.

You kept engaging around an HAV 2. You didn't team up with fellow players to simply destroy the tank in 20 seconds 3. You expect him to wear a high ISK fit AND risk a ultra-high ISK HAV Him 1. He didn't have logi/infantry support 2. He didn't use his own tank as gun cover 3. He got out of the safe tank in the first place Tanking is a whole new character for the most part. You have to re-invest millions of SP all over again, not to mention the amount of ISK it costs. It's not like their are free-fits for tanks so you can the feel for it. Being good in the HAV is just the same as being good as a merc on the ground; just different.

And why should we ever come out of our tanks? Why should we let infantry kill us without them even having to use the exceptionally accessible AV options in this game. BTW you assertion you killed him with one shot is crazy, what weapon, where did you hit him. I can hardly believe you head shotted the guy with either the Shot Gun Scrambler Pistol Scrambler Rifle Basically you just should have specced AV/ switched to a fit to take him down. You cannot say it is not easy, nor can you try to defend the mind set "I shouldn't have to use AV to kill a tank". I know Lokun Listamenn is better than this form of QQ. I am/ was a member. This is not becoming of us/you.

Especially the part where a tanker who is going 27-0 gets out of the tank to kill enemy infantry with a handheld weapon. Bravo!

Not one point of SP poured into any weapons or dropsuits, just tanks... People with swarms should learn to keep something extra with them in case they encounter me in the future.
