 If my consciousness is transferred to a new body when deployed to a battle lightyears away, shouldn't my "home" clone pop his clogs?
 
 If the answer is yes, are we constantly and pointlessly biomassing clones with every deployment?
 If the answer is no, do we leave behind a braindead zombie on the couch when we fight in far away lands?
 
 And in either case; why the hell am I wearing a dropsuit?

 Of course not on the couch, Mercs can't sit :D Though the rigor mortis would explain that...
 As for the dropsuit, other mercs live there. you wanna be in your fleshsuit in a base filled with gun toting morally ambiguous immortal jerkasses?
