Just wanted to stop by and thank the players in advance for handling this respectfully and for recognizing that this was made to ensure that these particular features arrive in good shape.
I know plenty are licking their lips and sharpening their knives and declaring "****storm time!!" but the reality is that there's nothing to be gained here by being indignant about a roadbump in development and acting outraged that a tentative deadline was missed.
Personally, I see this as a huge opportunity to take the next month and give constructive criticism on the stats of the vehicle changes and weapons to be added, which we'll have much more advanced notice of than usual. This is a crossroads - we can spend the next several weeks bitching and moaning at the devs doing the hard work, and give them less of a reason to share information with us, or we can help them deliver a quality 1.6 release and establish a pattern of trust so that they continue to share their plans as early as possible. |

Of course not, its crappy news. My point is that we have two ways of handling this - one that encourages CCP to continue to be open with information about what they're working on, and one that will make them want to share less. I'm hoping people think about this carefully and choose the former, not the latter.

Assuming CCP shares the weapon stats and vehicle balance changes with us and gives us the next month to provide quality feedback than yes. If they wait another few weeks before sharing that info, it'll be a hugely wasted opportunity. We're certainly working on our end to encourage them to release this info ASAP. |

Personally I don't give a flying fedo whether you believe or trust CCP or not. All I'm asking for is for players to be helpful and respectful, which I think is a perfectly reasonable request.
