The project is failed. Nobody fights anymore but instead its just a farce watching people farm the districts.
Prime example was the scandal where Team players locked allmost all their districts with alt corperations cause of where the mass attacks from the FEC.
And even more gamebreaking is that the dust ecconomy is in danger due to ISK farming as it is now. When we get player trading people can just stockpile whatever they want due to the ISK generated for free on a passive basis. Another factor is that you cant open up eve-dust ISK transfer cause dust players could fund their eve toons with the ISK generated on dust. Which is due to its current mechanics even worse then moon mining when it was the best thing to get ISK. In my opinion close PC and give like 20mil for each district to the corperation owning it. Dust basically got infected with the worst disease from eve which is trying to blue every single corperation until there is nothing left.
To balance this i would say implement team deployment as a option for FW and enable friendly fire. And double the ISK rewards aswell. |

Most people are of the opinion that it is broken and the best solution is to de-couple "CLONE" generation from "ISK" generation. Sadly, until additional layers of complexity are added - which will be a long, long time from now - there is nothing to motivate people to even attempt to control districts beyond the ISK generation.
Ironically, there is very little to do with all that ISK even if you DO hold the districts; beyond token reimbursement so people can run tanks and proto all the time it is literally just a matter of stockpiling ISK for the hazy future where it might matter. |

Good luck with the FW stuff. I've seen plenty of EON most likely getting bored with PC and have been proto stomping through FW matches throwing millions away in proto suits while absolutely murdering everyone who doesn't have the million or so to burn per match. All i have to say is that once this eventually fully spills over into FW, you'll be seeing even less people there as well. |

They could make a few suttle changes like corp only team deploy and raising/lowering the sale price of clones based on activity.
Why would the price of clones be the same after billions and billions of ISK worth of clones sit stockpiled in warehouses? A few days of inactivity and clone packs should be pennies on the dollar (ISK).

No. It's up to YOU to do something about it. CCP is not going to take away EoN's territories just because you want them to. CCP won't do anything about it at all. i like your idea but without a player market this is next to impossible. i like the idea of a maximum stock pile of clones that can be bought and its replenished by clone selling district and once the max is reached they no longer buy clones and the new ones made are just destroyed and the buying/selling is based % of clones in stock pile. |

i think they should change the way PC and clones are ran because well right now it is a failure in more then one way(ISK farming). |

I thought they were laughing at the whole thing while encouraging the goons to nearly crash the eve market....
I even heard that there was suppostu be another fleet to warp in and chase of the goons but I never saw anything |
