Not trying to down you or your skill, just I find it wrong that you charge someone for them to be in your corp. I can see if you're ringing for them, just can't see the corp part.

I'm a mercenary, not a knight. I offer contracts; I don't swear to fight for king and country. Mercenaries don't get allowances... Call it looking for work, not looking for a corporation.
