The other mini suits have this, the scout can't beat 15db like the gallente, it can't stack range mods or dampeners like the gko, it has one equipment slot that needs a scanner, so it can't or shouldn't use a armor rep or a compact nano hive because it's just not reasonable considering it's other slot needs.
It is usually played lone wolf an always has to find a healing hive, a logistics that doesn't usually carry a rep tool anymore since they can't see the bar, or spend a match trying to get back the supply depot.
So it should match the other minmatar suits an have at least a +1 to armor regen if not a +1 per level.
Since speed isn't what it used to be an how quick we die the option is more than brilliant for this suit please implant this. |

Then why do both other minmatar suits get +1 bonus?
Do you really punch that much in your scout? |

I think it still gets the ammo bonus, but scouts should have the plus one or at least the mini scout if everything else racial does since we can't damp like gallente, maybe it's new Eden background on minmatar I honestly wouldn't know |

I find myself needing repair mor than anything but I run more electronic mods now than I do shields, my total HP lately has been lower than ever an it does pretty good, went 18/9 last night with 140 shield an 80 armor. And about 4 of those were just stupid spawn deaths an a fall.
I been running all different types of fits trying to figure out how to use a minja , when I really think 1.4 is more gallente than anything if done proper, since our most needed mods are low slots.
But a precision an a shield an a reactive plate an a dampener works really well in cities with a scanner , but I'm still a big fan of 2 reds a damage an scanner an shield with knives since I think most people dont use the 28 db or 15 db scanner |
