It's far easier to use corporations / intel channels with EVE players to coordinate these things.
EVE players don't just wait around planets hoping to be contacted, most of them only do so if contracted in some way. |

You need to get off of your ass and talk to them, get on the EVE forums and start recruiting EVE players, you probably need some EVE savvy player to run that side for you so that your capsuleers don't desert you, you probably will need to latch onto an EVE corp. |

You definitely need to make connections. Out of all the time I've played FW, I've had random EVE support once. Tonight I communicated with a fellow corp mate EVE side and got EVE support every single match. |

LOL first off right now you can only use EVE orbital strikes in PC and during Faction contract battles, Now i'll start with what you have to do on eve.
First you must join Faction warfare in eve to use orbital strikes or go to Molden Heath for PC support
Once you've joined a faction on eve go and outfit a ship with the appropriate orbital bombardment ammunition,
from there on dust pick the same faction on dust that your eve character is fighting for and then just fly to the planet and district and click on the district while in orbit to connect to it then when you get and orbital in dust use the starship orbital instead of the warbarge then in eve push what ever button you have you weapons grouped to so that they fire
