Yeah, assault rifles **** me off more than any other weapon in this game. Okay, except for snipers...those things are just stupid.
Both weapons kill me before I even have the chance to turn around...and the worst part is that I can be just as effective with them using a gek and assault rifle operation 3...no other skills. |

DPS is hard to calculate with the Laser Rifle because it increases as you hold the trigger, but we can at least look at the damage over range values.

I would like to see the LR reach out noticeably further than an AR. Sometimes it does seem that the LR gets out ranged and it does suck. Its optimal range is further than the LR and at that range the AR has no chance of winning. I want frequency charges in my LR so I can change the damage and distance they are at optimal. |

frequencies would be ideal. But in the mean time some of these simple values need adjusted |

Here's a solution. increase the LR effective range by like at least 20 feet so that
AR = king of mid range
tac = king of fringe mid-long
LR = king of mid-long to long
sniper = king of long to longer |
