XBL is full of racist and sexist asswipes, but if you hang around long enough you'll eventually meet up with regular people and have some fun while you're getting cornholed by some grimly determined twelve year olds. This game is lacking that hook.

We need more stuff to take peolle away from the public contracts, pve, factional warfare rewards, stuff so people dont do public contracts unless they are looking for a bit of fun!!

Dude, so many people use their mics to go on these damn diatribes about call of Duty players, just because they lost at ambush. Soooo serious.

Soooo serious. lol in that case there are a ton of public channels you could hop in. Try "Drunk Night" which always has people in it even when it's NOT Friday night Drunk fest. Most people are just not going to be getting on team chat. You occassionally find some people on but it's just a discussion of which objectives they're pushing or "hey, hop in my dropship". If I'm solo, I'm listening to music and not feeling conversational. I think most people are the same way.

But meh seriously I dont see what the problem is, you can just mute griefters in 2 seconds its not a real problem.

Met a nice bunch of lads earlier today randomly and we clicked straight away, won a Domination match when we had about 1% of our MCC health left, it was awesome. So it's not all bad. I've played online FPS that were far worse.

Maybe somebody throwing a fit or just whining occasionally, but that's when I switch or turn off comms. Or, Leave Squad if they're overly annoying. I almost always find good people to squad with and stick with for a full gaming session. Like previous post said, you need to find a good corp. Add "Chat.D-Uni" to your channels. They always have a high player count online, players of all skill levels, and they don't really tolerate a bunch of ****** stuff, internally. I know of several others that may fit the bill and are recruiting, but I don't know you... (I know the really ** ones too, but I'm not going to use this as a flaming podium.) Search for a thread about chat channels. Lots of good pubs on there. Keep an eye out for your fellow forum trolls - they generally have good game knowledge and appreciate ***** off on occasion. I try not to run with squad leaders that are in NPC corps (unless I know who they are) and try to just fill in an empty spot on a corp squad - that's how I've got to meet a lot of good players lately. TL;DR Find a corp and/or join pub channels.
