The closest thing to any loyalty program that CCP has ever offered is free access to an exclusive station that can only be accessed by players who have been around for ten years.
TEN YEARS!!!!! Just for access to a station.
But if you're one of those folks who have never missed a billing since 2003 for Eve Online, like those four guys did in Fanfest 2013, then you were awarded a collector edition Nvidia graphics card known as The Titan with a signed sketch of one of the four titans of Eve Online.
But that was it. I don't recall CCP every having a loyalty program beyond that. And just because other companies do it that doesn't mean CCP is obligated to do so. Other companies do it because they can financially support it. I don't know about CCP. |

CCP need to add some kind of customer appreciation / loyalty programs for players that spent a lots of AUR in game to be rewarded for supporting Dust, also it will also show CCP care for the active paying customer.
For Example: CCP will reward customer for every 200,000 Aur spent in game. IF I spent 700,000 Aur, CCP will reward me with 3 unique items.
Ok, something like that would be a nice idea. But they should be careful about what they offer. Too many people want to hop onto the "Dust 514 is P2W!"-Bandwagon. Maybe some kind of Equipment which is somewhere better than standard gear but worse than advanced gear would be a nice idea for something like this. After spending a lot of Aurum that would be apporpriate I guess.
Even then, many people can still see that as pay-to-win regardless of how little an advantage it gives. We already have too many people calling Dust 514 P2W just because of the existence of an AURUM market even though they never bothered to read the stats of the items sold. |

By the way, CCP has been much appreciative with the customers. If you have problems with the merc pack items such as...
1. Unable to access what you bought. 2. Items not showing in your hangar after spending AUR. etc.
then you can contact CCP via the petition system at www.dust514.com/support. They can follow up fairly quick I can assure you.
Quote: CCP, I have bought the Allotek Industries' Complete Infantry Pack to support Dust in anyway I can, to only come across like many other the item's was not worth the value of 100$.
You do realize you can SEE the items before purchasing them, right? You can even look up their stats. If you didn't do that before purchasing, the fault is on you. |
