Lot's of skills related to vehicles are only required to get to 3 because you get no benefit from going any higher.
All these skill should get a passive bonus so you have a reason (no matter how small) to get it to level 5.
Allow me to post some of the skills that don't have a passive bonus and i'll add them.
Vehicle Command.
Does nothing but access vehicles. I suggest a 2% bonus to all vehicle PG/Cpu per level.
Caldari dropship should give 2% passive resistance per level same with gallente.
Lav's should also do the same.
Gallente Hav skill should give 1% resistance per level. Same with Caldari.
Vehicle upgrades. 2% reduction of pg/cpu to all modules on vehicles.
Remote repair. 5% bonus to efficiency of remote repair modules per level. same with shield version.
Vehicle armour plating. Instead of a 3% reduction to pg usage it should be 5%.
Vehicle engineering should give 5% pg per level.
Vehicle maneuvering should give 2% to acceleration and top speed per level.
Vehicle turret upgrades should give 1% bonus to turret damage per level.

i like this pointless sp levels are pointless :\ +1 Passive SP skills have major effect though :3

Well if it goes the same for Infantry i dont see why not.... |

Infantry are not underpar as to what you would expect from them. Well vehicles need something helpful. They already cost a ton of Sp to run. But now you get more bang for your buck |

+1 But a few things 1 dropsuits and weapon tree have a few blanks too 2 more vehicles are planned 3 is my favorite number |

I would be happy with bad passive skills; I just want them to be there.
Like for example, the absence of passive bonuses for the remote repair modules... I wouldn't mind, say, a 5-10% increase per level (since they've only about 25-30m range in the first place, I wouldn't call that OP.) |

This shows just how much CCP neglects vehicles. The gaps for infantry skills ar very few, yet for vehicles they are endless. They took the time to nerf our turret damage and PG going into uprising, but they couldn't fill a single gap for vehicles. They doubled turret prices, yet claimed to cut dropship prices in half. A total mockery of those who take the time to spend countless hours attempting to run vehicles, only to be countered by one guy with a Proto swarm launcher. They adjust things they have no business in-DS camera, turret hit detection, removal of nanofibres. Vehicle locks didn't even make it Onto the list for 1.5 despite threads calling for them since early chromosome. Wtf CCP. Why didn't this make the list for 1.5? |
