And mass drivers we werent give a 10% buff, so taking it off us is a bit unfair!! |

For a game that its main goal is killing each other your sure get butthurt when you die. I havent actually played the game for two months. But from the vids i seen the aim assist is working. And the reason you see people taking damage when it appears you are not aiming at them directly is actually and issue we have had since forever. Wherever that area is isnt where their body is, but thats where their hitbox is at that time on your screen in correlation with the server.
Whoa calm down there, the term "trackshooter" may or not be a made up term, but this is a game with persistent rpg elements, therefore if this were a twitch shooter, then the rpg element boils down to nothing more than the suit you wear!!
TTK is a little too short at the moment when the difference between a mlt suit and a proto is between 400-600hp you expect to last a little more than 0.8 secs longer than a mlt, do you understand that concept?
The current TTK is closer to perfect than in 1.3 where it was too long, but we are perousily close to being twitch, no one here has a problem with aim assist (if you do its nothing more than a few tweaks, or so help me ill do something i not allowed to discuss and make you tell me aim assist, is aimbot) we know its hit detection but when you look at the maths, of the ar there is no point doing anymore because 1 mag is suffecient for all but vechiles!! |

what you are now seeing is the CCPs planned TTK
No we are seeing there planned TTK -10% they actually said theymgave weapons a 10% damage buff, HROF ones anyway, to compensatate for hit detection, they also said they planned on taking it back, and removing the sharpshooter skill later on!! |

They said they buffed all weapons' base damage by 10% because the 10% bonus on the Weaponry was removed. They never said they buffed weapon damage. They never said anything about bad hit detection being the cause for any damage buff (that didn't even happen). They never said anything about removing the 10% buff to all weapons' base damage. I also don't think they ever said the current (not the former) Sharpshooter skills would be removed at some point either, but I'm not 100% on this one.
Ill see if I can find it, I saw it just a few days ago!! |
