You've gotta be a little famous. I caught a lucky break and got accepted into PFBHz. Then I forum warriored/killed every tank I ever encountered until I was a bit famous.
Also, being cool with people does have its advantages. "Top Corps" have more to do with skill and politics than genuine friendships BC every top corp falls for the same reason: disagreements and petty jealousy....except Imperfects...they just got bored.
I've been in a few top corps and if you don't love PC, it ain't worth it. Playing pubs with good friends is much more fun. |

Not really...my kdr is low as kittens (2.90 and steady) but I can go anywhere I want BC people know I perform. That's more important than being cool in the short term; but it flips over the long term.
Screw enough people over and you get a reputation as a tool. That's why I play nice. |

Playing with my friends (especially real friends) is fun indeed... But sometimes I wish they were more organized and efficient (I'm not referring to my Corp, just friends in general), I'm used to play with kickass players in most games and I miss this in DUST. Maybe, more than a top corp, I need some sort of "clan", a squad of really nice and friendly people but great players as well. But I have no idea where to start from to get this.
Go chat surfing until u find people you like. |

SVER's is Neanderthal Nation, idk about others. Basically swim the proper channels, message a member of the corp you want in and see what you have to do to get where you want to go. top corps don't need feeder corps, we have districts to generate income. The only corps that use training corps for income are poor, low tier corporations. So D-Uni is a poor low income corp? We are a training corp after all
then how come you horde your recruits? a real training corp would urge them to leave and make room. |
