Hi guys,
I have my Sniper Rifle Ammo Capacity skill at 3. The description says I get +5% ammunition per level. As I read it this should be 15%.
When I equip my Ishukone Sniper Rifle, the weapon description says I should have a capacity of 25. When I jump into the game it is 24! By my calculation 15% of 25 is 3.75, so I should at least get 28 rounds.
The same is true of my Kaalakiota Sniper Rifle. It has a base ammunition capacity of 30. 15% of 30 is 4.50, so I should get at least 34 rounds. When I'm in-game I only get 31 ammunition capacity!
I haven't tested any other sniper rifles or other weapons but maybe you guys could?
Please look into this.
Thanks,

Base Ammo for each rifle:
Ishukone: 5 in clip + 20 rounds Kalaakiota: 3 in clip + 27 rounds
Your skill is working fine.

Ahhh,
This makes sense.
I was misinterpreting how the in-game capacity was displayed. I thought it was displayed the way it was in the weapon description. The weapon description is clip size and TOTAL capacity (including the clip).
The in-game displayed numbers are clip (on top) and your other rounds (on the bottom), not clip and TOTAL capacity.
Thanks for clearing that up.
