As we all know, the Logi suits are the most versatile in the game and serve just about any purpose you need it to. The bonus to armor rep makes it a great front lines assault suit, the low slots can make it a great "heavy-esque" tanker, and the equipment slots let you take the suit above an beyond.
Just curious to see what role do you play in your Logi suits.
I have several Logi fits.
LOGI ASSAULT - Utilizes the GEK, Ehanced Repairer, Kincat, and Complex Ferroscale with three enhanced shield ex's and a scanner
LOGI STEALTH - Utilizes three enhanced profile dampening mods, a scanner, two enhanced shield ex's, a precision enhancer, and a Duvolle
LOGI LINK - Utilizes three enhanced profile dampening mods, a scanner, two enhanced shield ex's, a precision enhancer, a GEK, and R-9 Drop uplinks
LOGI REP - Utilizes three enhanced repairers, three enhanced shield extenders, a KIN-12 nanite injector, compact nanohive, along with a GEK
LOGI TRUE - Utilizes three enhanced shield extenders, two complex ferroscales, an enhanced armor rep, KIN-12 nanite injector, BDR-2 Rep Tool, K-2 Nanohive, a GEK, and Locus Grenade. |

I tailor my fits to the different battlefield needs, and often swap between many situational fits in a match.
Right now, my standard module layout for my ADV G/1 Logistics is:
2x Enhanced Shield Extenders 3x Enhanced Armor Plates 'Toxin' Assault Rifle BPO Either Packed AV Grenades or Flux Grenades
This leaves me pretty fat and waddling, but lets me dance around a bit in a firefight with a repper to keep my squadmates topped up. I am taking full advantage of the self-repair 3/s of the Logistics Suit skill for this fit. Someday when I'm skilled up, I may swap to 2x Complex Armor Plates and 1x Complex Armor Repair for faster refill.
The real variety is in equipment layout, and that to me is what gives the Logistics suit its flexibility on the battlefield. For my first suit of a Domination match, I'll field 3 different kinds of drop uplinks on a STD suit and get some spawn presence for my squad. For my general support suit, I tend to go with BDR-2 Repper, X-3 Quantum Nanohives, and the ADV Quantum Scanner. My premade equipment layouts currently have:
3x Nanohive (Different types for setting up a 'nest' in high places, or fortifying a base) Nanohive/Uplink/Scanner Nanohive/Nanohive/Scanner Repper/Injector/Scanner (My favoite 'Medic' fit as of 1.4)
Often squad lead will call for certain equipment depending on game mode or changing situation, and I usually have a fit premade for whatever we need. Then the fits are all duped, one version with Flux grenades, and one with Packed AV. I almost always run with the AV, as my squad provides the bulk of the anti-infantry damage. It's also damn fun to quickly pop that BPO LAV that's trying to run you down. |

I've got several fits, but five for Domination mode mostly differentiated by equipment load outs.
The first brings in seven proto uplinks. The second seven proto hives, two of which are both ammo/repping. The third brings out six more proto hives, two of which are triage models. Those all carry an Exile AR and have all the stamina mods they will support because my objective is to build a front line and get back to a SD to swap out to a cheaper SEVR suit with MD, rep tool, and either a hive or scanner.
That can work out well, though it hurts if I die in any of the setup suits as the range from 65-95k ISK each. Those require the ADV Min suits to fit. |

My 'old style' logi is full squad support. Too stubborn to use any other suits as well. Good training at least... Logi Gk.0 Imperial flux uplinks Proto nanite injector Core focused rep tool (for the heavies) Ishukone gauged nanohive
Exo-5 mass driver Flux grenades
2x enhanced damage mods A shield extender (can't remember the quality)
Many complex armour plates and CPU enhancer
= one ISK sinkhole. Fun nonetheless though
If you see me on the battle, chances are I'm running this. Shout if you need a hive, I rep anyone I see who needs it but I have 2 rules: squad comes first and I'm not gonna if it's not worth the risk. |

I have to disagree with this. The logi does ok at everything but only excels at logi and maybe AV. When properly fitted assault suits work much better at fighting than logi suits. I have grown to love my Amarr advanced assault suit and a LR. It outshines any of my logi assault suits. However, I would like to see some better bonuses applied to each suit because right now they are kind of meh. |

Logi Scanners are the most useful.
Infact back prior to 1.4 my main was going to be a Cal Logi with all scanner boost modules and dampening modules I could fit, unfortunately Logi's did not get their own meshes, and they look atrocious in yellow.

I guess you should know that using three enhanced profile dampening mods seems like way, waaaay overkill. They won't help you hide against Medium and Heavy frames since by default these suits precision can't pick your profile anyway. Unless someone is using precision enhancers, but... just no.
Ok, so these dampeners could only help against scouts. Thing is, with the dampening skill and a single enhanced mod your signature is already untraceable to a scout which is not using a precision enhancer. And scouts have too much to worry already without having to go paranoid about people stacking profile dampeners, so you know what? You got two spare slots. My suggestion would be for you to go for a kin cat or other biotics since they help with dem stealth moves.
Math: (to pick up on radar your precision has to be equal or lower than the targets profile)
Medium Frame Profile: 50
Medium Frame Precision: 55 Light Frame Precision: 45 Light Frame Precision (With lvl 5 precision skill): 40,5
Enhanced Profile Dampener Modifier: -20%
Suggested Fitting Profile (1 Damp)*: 40 Original Fitting Profile (3 Damps)*: 21,55
* Actually lower since I'm not factoring the skill bonus here (yours is at least 6%) TL DR: Do not stack Profile Dampeners. One is enough. |

Active scanners are very popular nowadays though which is probably what he is aiming to hide from with a profile of 21.55 only proto level ones could pick up that fit and even then just one version of the proto scanners IRC. |

I play a traditional logi. I stay behind my squad giving reps, rez, and resupply my team. I am not a killer, I give suppressing fire to help out those that can actually shoot. I suck at shooters which is why I love my role.
Something I have noticed is that a lot of people don't use the proto needle. It is my favorite item in game, and has saved my ass multiple times. I always have it equipped. Plus I love to imagine the look on blueberry heavy faces when they come back alive with 80% armor. |
