*sigh* Not this BS again...
First and foremost this game is a FPS, there's not Geneva Convention in New Eden, everyone needs to be able to defend themselves. Except for the Amarr, which is meant to be an assault/logi hybrid, (Check the suit's description) the other logistics suits are pretty much set up for their role of support. Minmatar are a scout/logi hybrid, Gallente are capable of using the highest meta level equipment and Caldari was meant to be specialized in EWAR (what we don't have yet) from what I can assume as to why they have such a crazy module slot layout. The Caldari was abused at one time and the changes to the racial bonus resolved that issue. The other suits were fine and still are fine, pending any more buffs to the Amarr. (Still up in the air on that) If you can't kill a bright yellow suit that only has one weapon when you have two, the problem is on your end or that logi was a good player. Stop looking for free kills! I spent my SP on my logistics suit just like you spent yours on your assault. If something about your suit is underwhelming, then suggest ways to make it better, leave other people's suits alone or give me a respec so I can spec into Caldari assault with an AR since that seems to be the only way to be safe from this goddamned nerf witch hunt! |

More equipment slots, less high/low slots, more PG/CPU, and a sidearm slot.
This way a logi can go absolutely nuts with equipment of all sorts, even if it was all proto. And they at least have the bare minimum to defend themselves with a light weapon, sidearm and a few high/low slots. However without a ton of high/low slots like it is now, they can't HP tank like an assault player can. I only have 4 highs and lows at proto, don't touch my module slots. Not every logi uses them for tanking either. Ever heard of codebreakers? |

And you don't touch your other modules? Base HP on suits is garbage unless you are a heavy. At least a few shield HP or armor is crucial IMO. You misread. I was saying leave my module slot layout alone. Minmatar only have 2/2, 3/3, and 4/4 slots across the tiers and I don't always fit for the highest buffer. My proto only has 600 HP. |
