What would be the Dust equivalent of something to spend a lot of ISK on ?
Proto suits and tanks won't cut it here. Both as an individual player, and as a Corp, what could exist in Dust that fills this need? |

That concept doesn't fit well in an fps. |

arguably neither does non-respec MMO skill trees. But they had to get that to carry over, I'm sure there's some way |

What was that vehicle called in Halo, the Mammoth or something. It was a huge thing that you could walk around on, had mounted turrets, could park vehicles inside and moved slow as hell. |

Good luck piloting one upon release unless you saved up a year's worth of SP. |

If your MCC is cheaper than the enemies MCC just fly it into them and kamikaze.
Or get a militia MCC and hit their fully decked out proto MCC. derp |

We'll have to wait for Carbon for that. This game was never meant to be on Unreal. |

Nah man, the ground where a few unwary mercenaries might return to Gaia sounds much more enjoyable. |

It would fit in well with pve Ah, to have 12,000 HP. 5000 armor, 7000 shield. Recharge rate of 70/s. 4000 PG. 2 heavy boosters, 2 heavy extenders, 120mm plate, 2 heavy armor reppers.

FYI, titans aren't the 'end-game'. Most supercapitals, including titans, are OK but once you sit in one, you can't dock it in station and have to have an alt to babysit if if you want to go out in other ships with more fun factor.
That said, I would imagine MCC/warbarge are what CCP would be looking at as the equivalent. I read somewhere about troop transport via warbarge, which would be shootable in EVE. Not sure how that idea panned out though.
Dropsuits/dropships = Frigates LAV = Cruisers Mechs = Battlecruisers? HAV = Battleships MCC = Capital ships?
Who knows lol |

I think it would be neat if you could spawn a drone as an equipment. So many possibilities.
Drone can be a temporary active sanner with limited range.
Or a ridiculously confused AI with a pea shooting turret.
... I can't think of anything else that doesn't sound horribly overpowered. |

CCP pretty much said the reason this isn't a thing right now is that the hardware can't handle rendering that many models at once. If each player had their own personal drone, it would be the same as doubling the player count, far as graphics are concerned

MCCs are coming as a player-controlled element of the battlefield.
There have been past builds where MCCs were mobile, and I'm pretty sure that Unreal Engine has done more impressive things than a single player-controlled spaceship flying over an online FPS.
Not sure you'll have enough control to crash into the ground, but maybe the enemy MCC (and hopefully with a better collision model than we currently have on the ground).
Militia MCC + a few Militia Dropships/Jets kamikaze into the enemy Proto MCC? Maybe... |

Dust Warbarges used to infiltrate and capture enemy Capitol Ships.. Could have an entire battlefield inside one of those... Then it would be like one of those castle crasher games where one team is the "monsters" and the other designs the Dungeon to maximum effect for the Defenders. |
