just wondering , was anyone here in the caldari prime ground battles? how was it? I think the idea of it is amazing , with pieces of titan coming down onto the field...
do you think this kind of event will happen again anytime soon? |

I was there. the map was awsome. Really it blew my mind. however i don't think a similar event will be happening anytime soon. |

Looking back on it yes, it was pretty epic. All the fights I was in were blood baths. It must have been the crashed Titan. Tanks were being popped left and right, proto suits (when they were spendy and rare) were dropping on the dirt. I have not seen so much isk just thrown away. Some good fights. Apparently a lot isk eve side was also blown up.
Hope they do it again was pretty cool. Then it was gone.

hmmm... I love the idea of it, the integration between the two games. I mean sure it had to be partly scripted obviously , but still , that is epic.also if the gallente had in turn been tromped above caldari prime it may not have been the caldari titan that fell.or perhaps they had the script for its crash , but maybe one for it landing and occupying also??
I dunno , just throwing out ideas, I love the concept |

Although the visuals were great, I had many problems with that event: specifically the debris. I would often have some sort of glitchy fast-forward effect when I would try to move away from the debris after using them as cover. |
