Here's my two cents:
Infantry weapons
- Pulse laser - Throwing knives - Anti-matter rifle/pistol - FOF swarm launchers, very small damage output but can shoot without target visibility - Tracker weapon, when shoot on an enemy it is visible on HUD for 30seconds or until he dies - Anti proto weapon: weapon that works better against proto dropsuits than militia because of proto adv electronic signature :)
Doom Detonation devices
- Like remote explosive but take time to install (just like hacking) - Once turned on must be hacked to turn off (hard) - When explodes kills everything, even team members in a 100m radius - The team HUD shows were the bomb is so you know you must avoid that area
Tank weapons
- Laser turrets for tanks - FOF Missiles for vehicles : Much weaker damage but can follow enemy vehicles - Controllable drones, can deploy and control drones but requires a lot of PG/CPU, modules and tank is vulnerable when using drones (drones has max range so tank must be nearby). Drone cost just like a 80J turrent (std,adv,pro). A must for gallenteans! - Anti-scanner passive modules, so you can't be tracked easily
More granades variations
- Granades that stop your weapon from firing for an amount of time - Spherical granades that follow enemy on ground for 10m, less damage but easier to deploy - Webifier granades - bait granade, will show up as infantry for some time to mess up scanners - tracking granades, just like scanner who is in blast radius stays on HUD (longer than how scanner does)
Equipments
- Timebased uplinks. Uplinks stays alive for a minute or so - Anti-scanner equipment. Like hives but in that radius you can't be scanned - Teleport hives, let you teleport to another teleport hive. Very small amount of people can travel in it (e.g. 5). - Shield recharge hives, requires very high amount of PG/CPU. Repairs less than armor but gives buffer when holding position - AV scanners, let you scan on a radius (~500m) but finds only vehicles - Anti-infantry remote explosive, blink in red so can be easily seen. Explode only when 2-3 people around. - Low-profile Nanohives for snipers. This nanohives have less ammo but can be hardly seen in map and in game. Need 2-3 for a proper sniper match so its not OP - Anti-snipers scanner : Has higher range (500m) but displays only entries that are further than 200m
Off-map supports
Orbital strike is working only when enemies are not under cover so other offmap supports would be interesting such as: - Small installable turrets - Solo orbitals, eg. 1000wp but is much weaker and smaller - Drones, same wp as orbital but an amount of drones come to help you and distract enemies - Deployable CRUs, same wp as orbital but gives you tactical advantage (you choose where to deploy) - AV Orbital stike, from the map can choose one vechicle to strike against. No damage to infantry - Map scan, will scan the whole map and show all enemies to squad for 30seconds - Vehicle support, can use WP to request a LAV, HAV, Dropsips - Redeployment, when used every squad member in 10m radius will be redeployed where leader chooses to
In-map weapons/vehicles
- parkings where you find yellow tanks,lav and dropships. hack and use, no modules and weaker than buying your own (maybe militia version only?) |
