My current gunnlogi fit has 3 ward shield amplifiers which give me 40% shield resistance, 5435 shield, 1250 armor and i have converse shield booster and scattered neutron blaster.
The problem is that im going down to AV especially swarms really really really fast... I gut got r8ped by 4 volleys of swarms, IDK what they were cuz CCP fked up this game and now the killfeed says (road kill) but i need a better fit cuz this noob railgun sniper told me i sucked at tanking and my tank fit sucks...
#I think swarms are really easy mode now and maybe even OP...

Anyhow, I swap the blaster for an advanced missile turret and upgrade the booster to a heavy ward shield booster. Couple this with leveled up skills for increased resistance and recharge then you can easily eat some explosives for breakfast. Of course beware forge and rails, and do proper hit and run tactics, then you should be pretty well off. Be sure you move with a squad that keeps you posted on whats happening, where you're needed, and when you should gtfo of an area.
i have 10% resistance from skills and 26 recharge from skills |

you dont really need anything more than level 3 in any skill but im core skills are level 5, i have level 5 circuitry and engineering, enforcer level 1, caldari HAV level 3, hybrid turrets level 5 both big and small, shield extension level 4, and shield recharger skill level 5 |

why get em to 5, you only need level 3 to unlock and i have most to level 4 and my core skills give me the maximum amount of CPU and PG i need to juice outta my tank...
most of the shield skills only reduce the CPU which i have plenty of |
