The 1st complex damage mod would give you an extra 10% The 2nd 8.6% The 3rd 5.7% The 4th 2.8%(ish) The 5th 1.0%(ish)
Have fun wasting two high slots for a 3.8% damage boost.
If you have the CPU to even use 5 |

Even with 5 high slots, a Caldari heavy is not going to be that difficult to take down until we get infantry shield transporters.
Scrambler rifle versus any Caldari now is a pretty one sided fight, make the shield tanker slower with a bigger hitbox and I don't see them handling it any better. |

The few people who could buy the skill to four or five would have a crazy advantage. Although with the monthly release approach the whole thing could be done like an experiment. As a Forge Gunner I'd comment on the forums if Dropships were suddenly flying with total impunity. |

Honestly I think the Gal heavy will be much more devastating, if it anything like the gal suits it will get a significant number of highs once you get to adv and beyond. It not only will have a significant armor tank but a good number of damage mods as well. Will be slow as hell though. |
