MAke it the same as the Laser rifle, only the beam is bigger,has a more range , same overall ammo, more feed back damage (so that the sentinel bonus works for something) and being able to hit vehicles. 6 s recharge time, 150 clip ammo...

Well even if it shoots something else, if its a long ranged weapon that shoots a highly damaging projectile of ANY kind,its pretty much like a FG. I was thinking of something that shoots something different than the HMG and FG :3
Like a Big laser rifle, or a Heavy Scrambler Sniper or maybe even a flamethrower that many have requested....

I must agree that tanks need more main weapons.
Maybe This HEAVY laser cannon can be REALLY effective Vs vehicles but barely damage infantry.
AND Tanks can use something like a TESLA CANNON From Command and conquer series. They just position themselves in the middle of a crowd , and auto aim electric beams will start roasting everything in range. LOOOOOOOOOL
