Hey kiddo, I just tried to give you my perspective for buying stuff like merc packs. Yet you somehow took my neutral post for a pissing contest and decided that your balls are bigger, without even checking mine. Then you came here to announce this verdict, despite number of people caring about it is nearing zero. You seem disturbed and lost in the conversation you started. I advise a double dose of GFY.

I played DCUO for about a year. They have a monthly subscription available for $15. It's called legendary and helps a player "level up" faster. Buying Merc packs is no different. You get a free booster and aurum to buy more boosters to help level up faster. It works out to about $15 per month for me. I'm sure other MMOs have something similar.
I did buy one Vet Pack though just to get the BPO LAV and BPO Sniper Rifle. |

BPO LAVs are not murder taxis. They call them Murder Taxis because they are yellow (Logistics LAV) and because they are good at murdering (BPOs are paper thin). And my point had nothing to do with murder taxis (which aren't even a thing anymore in 1.4) but with having FREE items in a game with consequences. |

I bought the packs for the AURUM I wanted and the BPOs were just a bonus. Then I spend the AURUM on more boosters. Only thing worth spending money on this game is more SP, in my opinion.
edit: Look OP. This guy will spend $50 on one ****** BPO. Take that into consideration.... Obviously people will spend money on lots of weird things that other people wouldn't. To each his own. |

I understand. My main point which everyone seems to ignore is that there are better alternatives than spending $100 on suits/weapons. IDGAF if you have it to spend or not. The point is there are better options available which will also provide a better value to the customer (You). |

You honestly think a weeks worth of active booster is good enough to replace a LAV? Are you high? Furthermore, why is it a bad thing to have BPO vehicles? Is it bad for pilots not to have some kind of ISK grinding method? |
