Anyone who buys one of these packs needs personal help. That or they are "I hate you rich". Seriously who would buy those other than being a rich noob?
I strongly suggest anyone who even thinks of buying these look to the Elite pack ($99.99) or the Veteran pack ($49.99) and a Mercenary pack ($19.99) to save money and frustration.
(CCP if you want my $50 or $100 make me a BAMF Tank/Dropship BPO)
I hate you all evenly, JL3Eleven. |

I hate you all evenly, JL3Eleven. get outta here suggesting BPO vehicles. Terrible idea and if you can't see why then you're daft
Never said it was a great idea. But if you are going to put the shaft to people at least let them get something out of if no? |

I can blow $150 on a days worth of paintball. Or if your over 18 you can get an hour of something even funner
And no vehicle bpo's.. we all already regret the days when we had bpos for milita vehicles
Congrats welcome to the "you are out of highschool time to grow up" club. Money is not the issue. The question is why would you buy it? |

When the player market comes in, sell it for 10% below the NPC market price and profit.
There. You spent $100 and got $110 of value. Or $119. Or whatever.
Or you could wait till it goes on sale for 50% off like it just did. Just saying. |

Better than being an overweight 32 year old who lives in his mums basement. Just saying. The implication of your quoted post was that the quoted post's quoted post was lolworthy for the implied assumption that having a job was something that was unique and noteworthy and that questioning the value of the ridiculous new packs somehow meant that others did not have jobs or money. Perhaps people who are smart with their money value... value.

The question is why would you buy it? Why no, if you have the money and do not wish to spend endless hours grinding isk to run with the proto equipment. It has a new look and you can in game flash your aurum equipment. Just as in real life buying expensive clothes even though cheap clothes could keep you warm. Why buy a bottle of wine for 40$ when you can get just as drunk for a bottle to 2$.
FYI you can get Aurum proto gear at level 3 (which I believe is under 200K SP). Why spend $100 and still not have the ability to buy it again??? |

Negative. The LAV's are only available to those who choose to spend $50 or $100 at the Playstation Store (yes you can go through Dust to get there) but are not available on the Dust market. Once they are on the Dust market and you can buy them for AUR or ISK will they be on the Dust market.
P.S. I only believe the sky is Blue half the time. Otherwise it's Black. |

You have 2 cars. One car is large with lots of moving parts and prints money while you run it One car is smaller with not as many parts and requires you to put money into it while you run it Both cars break down. Which car you you fix first.

Alcohol? Babes? Look, kiddo, I'm an adult and I am making my own money. Why should I feel bad about spending them on things I want? Silly rabbit. Have been here since July 2012. Bought two merc packs, some aurum and the Vet pack. Will most likely get Elite or something else if I feel like it, just because I like BPOs. And I don't really play other games these days, not even the PS+ sub games I've got (besides Saint's Row The 3rd, it's bananas!), nor the Playstation2 games I bought for nostalgia. So I'm not a noob, nor a rich guy. I'm doing OK and have no other costly habits. I'd say I'm a typical Playstation 3 demographic right now. Stop hating and get a job. :)
Well son (I call you son cause I'm your father) . LOL my job is better and pays better than yours most likely. I play games to forget about my jerb. Want to get on topic anytime soon? I have supported CCP more than you even if you bought several Elite packs. Get a better jerb?

Despite having used quite a lot of AURUM fits to try out certain skillpaths before, I kind of agree with you on this... Militia cheap gear should be the go to when times are hard, but everything should still have an ISK price tag. I love my BPO's, but I think Dust would be better without them. Would be nice if we could test a month of Dust without BPO's to see how it would go...
You do realize the BPO LAV's are complete **** without the skill to go with them right? Right? |

You're welcome. Im trying to point out my reasons people should buy whatever pack they want as it helps support devs People buying are buying it for themselves thats how buisness works.. you buy something to support the person making it and to get something yourself Im leaving this now. this went from making my opinion to defending my opinion for no reason other than bordem Buy packs buy AUR i dont care anymore.. im going out to the strippers..
Are you new here and to education? I advised anyone who was thinking of spending $100 on suits and weapons not to and suggested cheaper alternatives. I said nothing about not supporting the Devs, I simply suggested better and more affordable ways for the player. So... Whats the dilly yo? |

That's funny I remember when the Imps were relevant. Why are we bringing corps into it?

I understand. My main point which everyone seems to ignore is that there are better alternatives than spending $100 on suits/weapons. IDGAF if you have it to spend or not. The point is there are better options available which will also provide a better value to the customer (You). |
