But you already knew that so onwards!...

Obviously wont be a problem once I get the proto logi suit with 4 slots for equip.
What do you run? What weapon do you use? What's most important? Where should my sp go? I run the Minmatar Logistics suit based on two things: 1) I had purchased the 'Sever' Logistics suit and having a free standard suit is nice and 2) hacking speed helps my team focus on getting kills/clearing infantry while I cap the objective.
You mentioned 4 equipment slots so I assume you either have the Minmatar or Gallente Logistics suit. Either one is a great pick for team oriented LogiBros.
So, what weapon do you use? Depending on the situation, I'll change up my weapon. Many people may recommend getting to a proto weapon but I would recommend focusing on your equipment and your tank before working on your weapons. That said, I would still recommend getting at least level 1 in a couple weapons to give them a shot.
What's most important? Where should my sp go? Put in into your core skills first! Many people pass this up but having your core skills not only increases your Logistics suit but all your other suits as well. By core skills, the main ones I mean are Shield Upgrades (raises base shield), Armor Upgrades (raises base Armor), Electronics (raises your suit's base CPU), and Engineering (raises your suit's base PowerGrid or PG).
Next you'll want Nanocircuitry - this will unlock 2 items - Nanite Injectors and Nanohives. From there Repair Tool Operation for better repair guns and then Active Scanners. As of late, scanner became a useful tool for locating the enemy which shows the enemy location for not only your squad, but your team as well.
Then, focus on your tank. Shield Extenders, Shield Rechargers, Armor Plates and Armor Repair modules are all good ideas for equipping your Logistics suit. For added mobility, look for Cardiac Regulators (more stamina and faster recharge) and Kinetic Catalyzers (faster sprint speed).
Eingrasse Hemstoy wrote:Any reason to upgrade past the bdr2? That's what I use The BDR-8 Triage Repair Tool is a very good advanced tool that I recommend using as I find myself healing infantry more often than vehicles and installations. If you do make the leap to Prototype, the Six Kin Triage Repair Tool is outstanding (44hp/s, 2 targets) and the Core Focused (105hp/s) is great for healing your Sentinel buddies. Just remember the Core Focused only has a range of 10 meters though.
Eingrasse Hemstoy wrote:Drop uplinks can win or lose a match. Imo at least Definitely. Drop Uplinks are great to have especially when your team can use them to their advantage. Skilling into them not only unlocks more Drop Uplinks you can deploy but some can have multiple ones of the field and Prototype Drop Uplinks can reduce spawn times by 50%! |
