You don't like the fact that it might level the playing field! So you would rather protostomp some one much weaker than you! With all those skills maxed you would rather fight some one that presents no challenge at all! How then can you say that I can stomp you when a noob is way out of your league in the first place? Come on, get real! A noob has more bragging rights for killing you than you do for killing him! Lets compare this to something shall we, its like an ant to a boot! Like wtf??? But its super funny when that ant kicks that boots a**!

calisk galern BurgezzE.T.F 852	Posted - 2013.09.05 16:26:00 - [9] - Quote why do you think this makes life easier for newbs? the only time the auto aim will matter is a head on fight, and in head on fights the vet with the skills and the stronger AR is still going to curb stomp the newbs. all this does is make spray and pray weapons broken. breaking a game mechanic does not BALANCE anything it breaks the game. I guess you could say mass drivers are weaker...but that's because AR's are far stronger. we already had a newb tube, now we have a scrub rifles as well. you want to help newbs? right a guide and get it stickied titled "don't use any other waeapon except for mass driver and AR's" that will save them alot of time and effort

But its super funny when that ant kicks that boots a**! To be honest, the more experienced guy will always win, one way or another. Even if you don't see it yet. The aim assist is ridiculous right now, I am USELESS with an AR, until I put aim assist on. It does all the work for you. Thankfully my shotty's back now so I can turn it off and play properly. Aim assist is instant death for scouts.

Aim assists will never compete with my Logitech mouse as much as I'd like to deny it. Thing is the pad is "Just to slow and twitchy". The guys complaining about the new aim assists are not vets.

My experience has been frustrating, both as a new player many months ago when getting stomped consistently, and now having a lot of SP but still running standard suits with 87 shield and 163 armor and getting absolutely wrecked much more quickly than in the 1.3 release. I will adapt though, and at this time I'm not worried. You are certainly welcome to whatever emotions present themselves to you upon my death... if you feel you've out matched me in-game as a result of the new aim assist, your superior tactics, better HP or suit fittings, gun choice, or whatever, I'm cool with that. I've never broken out my protosuit in a match. I don't use the aim assist, and I don't have any armor or shield modules on my scout suit, or any weapon skills past L2. I play my game my way, when I get protostomped it happens, when I get wrecked by aim assist, it happens too. Both situations present an uneven playing field for me.

The aim assist as currently implimented is a lolworthy mechanic. It's just cheap. Wish they'd get rid of kb/m from the ******* console game and let DS3 users go on in peace. PS Move users can carry on doin' what they do. ::munch...::
