I will have a look into this issue for you, something is obviously throwing an error and not telling you why.
last night it did it and went away after reset but then came back after match 3
this morning i got on game data was corrupted reset did not fix ...did full reinstall
this morning i got to my 5th match of the morning did it again have not reset...but joined squad and they are pulling me in with no problem |

Also, look at the right side of the screen in that video. In particular, look at the fact that there's a team chat channel which shouldn't be there until you join a match. I've even had one "game" where I was listening in on a team's voice channel while they were playing, but the team channel was empty other than my character's name, and I was still in the search screen.
yes this video was taken yesterday not on patch day...while i did see it one patch day after the hotfix it seemed as if it happened less often but was not gone |
