Seriously, if every racial heavy were released, along with a respec with this build, everyone would flock to them. |

A GEK and basic equipment wont get u as far got a carthum full proto equipment and 394 shields 340 something armor great set up that I am still improving. |

I am also proto calogi, but to me movement/sprint speed is everything. I could probably fit some insane amount of HP with a combo of shields and armor, but it isn't practical IMO. No sidearm + being super slow = ineffective suit for most circumstances.
The most practical combo I came up with is something like 435 shields and 306 armor. I have a 7.65 sprint speed and something around 4.45 movement speed (I use nothing less than a complex catalyzer for my sprint regardless of my layout). Going any lower than this (sprint speed would be fine, but movement speed would be too slow) would be far too impractical for me.
I have noticed that in this game, having more movement and sprint speed = greater ability to survive. You could be a heavy with some insane amount of HP, but being so slow you are easy pickings for most weapons in the game. But being fast and agile with less HP allows for greater tactical advantage while also being able to survive longer due to that fact.
It's all about the situation. If in the right situation I could shield/armor tank my calogi and excel, but it's terrible for most other situations. However if I have the speed and agility, I can do great in most situations, and excel in the right situations. If that makes sense. |

Nope I would still use a mass driver. Simply because grenade launchers make tryhards cry  . |
