Hey guys. I just had an idea that the ability to buy/trade character with other dust players would be really cool.
So the idea would be that a player could put their character that they are selling on the forums for a certain in-game or Irl price
Example: General Explosion
Dropsuit: Caldari proto assault (List Modules here)
Light weapon: Freedom Mass Driver
Side-arm: Core flaylock pistol
Grenades: M1 locus Grenade
Equipment: Repair tool
PSN name: BobTheDestroyer
Price: 7,000,000 ISK
(All this is just an example)
So there's an example on how you can sell a character.
You would need the player's PSN name to do the trade.
Tell me what you guys think

Uh, no, you aren't.
There's an entire "Character Bazaar" section of the EVE forums devoted to exactly this.

Well, idk about that. I do wish you could sell/trade/give items away. Theres a lot of Gastuns I have that people in my corp could really use and they have some officer weapons that I could use. We need a player to player market. As for selling characters, Im not really seeing the point there. Sorry. |

The point would be that if someone wanted to get rid of a old character they can sell it to another player instead of just terminating and get isk for their new character.

I don't think it'll work for a free-to-play game. At least not while there's passive SP to be earned.
We could all just make alts and sell 'em to newbies.
Although that's probably possible right now on a black market. |
