Here's the tip.
Drop the kincats for now, use my fit I went 19/6 today knifing been getting creamed trying to play like its the old game.
Each patch is basically a new game.
I did the speed mod thing , the faylock thing, the shot gun thing this time it's definetly the ninja thing!
Nova knives are so bad ass right now since they work almost 90% of the time an I was destroying dudes today but only in city maps, everywhere else I was lucky if I broke even.
My suit is proto an my pd is at 4 so make sure you look at thee scout petition on the third page I did the dampening math with complex mods so do the math the same way I did .
X the suit bonus for racial ( 5% per level) by 45 then subtract that number from 45, then take that number an x it by the passive profile dampening bonus, then take the result am x it by the modual to get it under 28 at least
This is a armor build so use this
I only need a basic pd to get under 28 I've never been scanned once as far as I know
Then use a basic reactive plate with the +1 healing power( you need the armor regen so ur always at full health after a fight , it's on all my fits now.

Knives proto proficiency 4 an I'm wrecking most suits without charging on 600 damage almost
Smg, Turn your aim assist on for this
Complex an basic shield
Adv mini scout
Light them up with the advanced quantum, they stay lit for a while, any more than two find another way past, or get the closest one first let them slowly separate before you attack .
I walked right inside a squad of 4 today an killed them all because they were all stupid walking in a hallway an I just joined the group an killed them.
Use that scanner an get under 28 db, dont fire a shot unless it's do or die, do this in the new cities no ones memorized the layouts yet, an you should rock in the old maps cuz you know them, I wish you could have better gear but scouts fit nothing, ya no grenade on this fit an you'll run about 8.36 but if your sneeaky it's more than enough

Get your hack speed up, scan or drop r/e at the base before you hack , don't take a cry close to the battle without a buddy |

Basics get no bonus, racial is a 5% profile reduction per level plus the knive bonus. So if ur advanced racial scout that's 15 % to profile dampening an 15% to knive bonus
Trust me on this, screw the kinetics for now leave them at advanced, you NEED YOUR KNIVES PRO 5
Get the suit to advanced an the knives to five, it's cheaper than getting the proto an level 4 suit for the knive bonus.
Get core skills to 4 an max that pd an get a scanner
Fk speed, you want a ghost with ohk with your knives like mine
I use the racial always for the bonus an price |

Whatever your racial suit level is find out the db, an see if advanced pd is enough to get u under 28 with a mod an use the reactive repair plate, they don't penalize speed with a basic plate, basically it's a armor rep with a little extra life |
