On the new patch:
I love the new maps, yes, they are enormous when I'm running in on foot but I do enjoy the run.
The design is beautiful and I find myself shot more often taking in the scenery than actually shooting at other players.
I love that you can run through buildings and up and down levels, I've heard several times that these maps are especially heavy friendly, and I can see it even if no one else can. *recommended solution is stop b****ing and start paying attention*
I like the new update screen that pops up when we log in. Heck, I even like how other players show up in the map.
Mainly, I'm waiting to see how the battle loading system gets fixed. Too many times of deploying with partial squads or, even as squad leader, not being able to deploy at all. I do have high hopes that things will come to terms. Each patch is bound to have it's problems.
I think the most interesting thing to change is the layout of the redline. It's switching around areas on maps. Fantastic!! Makes it a bit more challenging to find the right place to set up shop for my solos. Like that ideal place on the enemy side to put an uplink. (not that you'll see me doing that anytime soon)
Hands down, my favorite part of things being updated. Now, just give me a map with water and some scuba gear and we'll be set! Beach Party Bloodbath here I come! |

Indeed, it's dam near breathtaking at times. Honestly the only map that gives me a burn at the moment is the one where the null cannon doesn't work. But damn if you look up at that sky |

I figure, in retrospect, someone has to be truly positive. Just ignore me when i start cussing up a storm about getting stuck between rocks, that stuff is more funny than anything else and, more true to form so I accept it. |

Of course, but I do really miss being on a full squad. And of course, guys who are used to running with me. lol! Oh wait! ha ha!! I bet you killed me last week, I saw some of your corp against me in a lovely skirm match. Ah, good times. :-D |

Indeed, the blue light disco that is a charging forge in a corridor is very cool too.
I'm going to have to keep an eye out for that disco, seriously would love to see a mishmash of every new color detail flying over a floorspace without dying though, lol! But we can't have god mode and seriously, where's the fun in that? |
