There is no need to add finite ammo to tanks, if the same 80GJ blaster, rail, and missile installations have infinite ammo, then so should tanks. there was not ONE suggestion or complaint about ammo for tanks. whats interesting is back in chromosome me and my tanker buddies were joking around saying "hey how much would it suck if tanks had ammo!".
this change would be THEEE most unnecessary thing done to dust in its history. sure its great to throw around ideas, however, this should be just that, an idea, not a plan.

meh.....id rather have an ammo skill like infantry.....as it is we get ONE skill per turret, it boring and already more expensive than infantry stuffs per skill.

Tanks WILL have limited ammo, but each round will be packing a bugger punch. Meaning that if you manage your ammo and modules properly, you will be doing far BETTER than you are now, not worse as you seem to be trying to claim. You'll actually have to micro manage your vehicle much more carefully, but you'll be getting more out of it in the process, especially since your damage mods are getting a massive buff with the only hitch being you have to micro manage them since they become active modules. Tanks will actually be a much more involved class to spec into.

Or, to put it into forum speak: Join the club, every other class in the game has to deal with the same thing for over a year while you've had infinite ammo the entire time. And some have to deal with both ammo limitations AND overheat.
