Sounds like a scrub who needs the game to do the work for you and give you your reward. I blame you and all players like you for the dumbing down of video games to the sheer stupid levels that exist today. Its why PVP in almost every game has turned to crap because the moment 90% of the people realize they are **** and have no coordination of understanding of games they cry like inept children to the devs to make it easier so they can feel the joy of having succeed but its an empty shallow victory when someone hands it to you. Used to be you had to work at games, they took time to get better at and master. That was a source of enjoyment in itself, now causal carebear scrubs like you insist that gaming cater to you because you're voice matters equal to mine (it doesn't; scrubs ought to be treated like 2nd class citizens and jesters for the amusement of the leet).
Nothing wrong with a little assistance but this playerbase has always been trash personified in terms of gaming skill, i mean what can we expect from a base whose claim to PVP is tracking computers and autopiliot tab targeting disguised as a skillful PVP encounter, (yea EVE PVPers are trash rejects who cant hack it in real PVP games). So i understand why you feel the game owes you a level playing field in terms of mechanics, the irony of this isnt lost on me about the HTFU crowd asking for all sorts of gimmicks and tricks for them to be able to compete.
Gaming industry and CCP has ruined you into believing you had a talent for gaming when really you were just a monkey they need to stare at a screen and occupy a space in a virtual setting.
That's a great speech and all, and I'm gonna let you finish, but unless you and your 10% elitist buddies are going to pay the subscription fees for the 90% of us "noobs" then you have no ******* clue how to run a gaming company.
Because yeah that's what me and my 90% of more casual buddies want to play, a game where we get decimated repeatedly by people because we can't play 40+ hours a week due to real life. I don't want this game to become farmville, but I'm going to throw my money at a game I find fun and entertaining and refreshing, not a grind where if I practice and practice I
might someday end up being good enough. And guess what, me and my 90% of casual buddies make far more than you and your 10% of elitist buddies, and CCP knows that...
EVE is known as one of the hardest MMO's out there, and it has aim assist.
