I tested it out briefly after several of my fellow corp members said how OP it was, and I was amazed at how good it made hipfire. Downed a heavy's shield from about twenty meters with it and wasn't even ADS'ing. I really hope they get rid of this **** so people who actually bother to aim can be rewarded. Aim Assist: Always Off.

Even the most skilled players who actually aim need time to aim, this allows a person to do the same thing said skilled players can do without the aiming. It's not as hard as it looks, people. Aim assist is fine, but this isn't aim assist, it's aim-bot in anything that isn't 50+ meters away. Honestly, I expect this will drive the majority of players who DON'T want aim assist away completely, because unless you have it on or run tanks/dropships, you really have very little chance of competing with it.
